'A quiet country retreat'

quiet country parkFrom the moment you leave the A38 and turn into the small country lane leading to Webland Farm you know you have arrived somewhere exceptional.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, with fabulous walks through the private hillside and meadows, you will be delighted to find that each plot is generously spaced.

Webland Farm is small and extremely friendly. It is family owned and run by Trevor and Jill Horne, and you can always be sure of a warm welcome when you arrive. Trevor and Jill have owned the farm since 1990 and have always maintained it as a quiet country park, focused on providing a haven of peace and relaxation for their lodge and caravan owners.

Webland is open all year round so that owners can enjoy the use of their homes throughout the four seasons. The grounds are fully maintained at all times, so all you have to do is enjoy them.

Also, for your own peace of mind, there is a radio controlled security system that protects the site, and the individual lodges, so you can be sure your property is being looked after while you are away.

If, by any chance, any maintenance problems arise, owners are consulted without delay so that the best course of action can be agreed upon.

Webland Farm is just over a mile away from the charming village of South Brent where you will find a good range of local shops, a post office and a bank to cater for your everyday needs. South Brent has a thriving local community, three pubs, and a good range of local amenities.

Totnes is the nearest town to Webland Farm, being approximately 8 miles away. A historic town, Totnes has many small independent shops, a variety of cafes and restaurants, and historic buildings to explore.

Webland Farm is also on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park. With over 368 square miles, Dartmoor is a fascinating area to explore. It is a place of natural beauty with wild open heathland with tumbling mountain streams, wooded valleys, and lazy rivers winding under ancient stone bridges. Craggy tors and wild ponies, stone age remains and little moorland villages. There is so much to discover.

Webland Farm is also within easy reach of the South Devon coastline between Plymouth and Torquay. Regarded as one of the finest coastlines in England, there are a variety of coastal places to visit, from broad beaches with soft sand, to rugged coves with rocky pools, bustling harbours, waterfront towns and villages, and sleepy meandering estuaries. You can explore the Devon coastal path, or go swimming, fishing, sailing or pottering about on the river.

'Owning a second home in South Devon'

quiet country parkOur existing owners tell us what they love about owning a 'second home' at Webland Farm in our customer surveys: -

“Our first impressions of Webland were of space, peace, quiet, beautiful views and the fantastic location - the coast, the city or the moors can all be reached in 30-45 minutes or you can just stay on the park and chill out!”
Ken and Marilyn Gales, holiday homeowners at Webland Farm since 2001

"I have been visiting South Devon for over 20 years and 3 years ago finally decided to take the plunge and buy a small holiday retreat... I discovered the concept of a holiday lodge, which provided all the luxury of permanent holiday accommodation but with much less cost and indeed hassle. Webland Farm ticked all the right boxes and since holidaying there I have not looked back."
Val Winstanley - Holiday Lodge owner

“The location is delightful; the atmosphere is peaceful, access is free and easy. Each year there are improvements…. our fellow owners are peaceful yet sociable and the site is rarely busy, even at the height of the holiday season.”
Liz and Simon Gowans
