'Just over a mile from the A38'

If you are coming down to Webland Farm take the A38 from the M5, and continue on the A38 until you reach the South Brent exit, which is the A385.

After 300 yards, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Then, approximately 200 yards further on turn right.

It is then a short journey of just over a mile until you reach the entrance to Webland Farm. It is a short journey from the A38, but one that transports you away from the main Exeter to Plymouth traffic to the peace and tranquility of the country. Your escape to the country has begun!
